We are thrilled to announce Tessa Petite, a Clinical Supervisor from Heritage Senior Living, West Allis, Wisconsin, as the Senior Living Star for 2024’s fourth quarter.

Why was Tessa nominated to be a Senior Living Star?

Tessa Petite, a five-year Heritage Senior Living employee, deserves to be recognized for her hard work and dedication to the residents of our community because she puts the residents first, no matter the situation. She stays late and calls or messages staff to follow up on residents to ensure their needs are met, even on her days off of work. Tessa makes families feel they are part of the team and updates them on the residents’ well-being as needed. She also constantly communicates with resident providers and follows up with them for any potential change in condition.

What is Tessa’s impact on Heritage Senior Living?

Tessa is a role model for our staff because she is always willing to help, is on time for her shifts, and stays late to finish her work. She mentors our young staff and helps them prioritize work/life balance.
